We are currently recruiting a therapist to join our Comprehensive DBT Team.
Applicants will be accepted from social workers or counselors with:
- A master’s degree in a related field;
- Familiarity with DBT and/or a willingness and passion to learn and develop mastery in this area
- Excellent clinical and communication skills and comfort working with individuals who often present with high acuity.
- More importantly, the ideal candidate is someone who fits within our familial culture. A core value of CEBTOhio is to foster a sustainable work-life balance without sacrificing our commitment to providing the highest quality care to our patients. Our practice is ideal for someone who desires a flexible work environment, has a curiosity and passion for advancing their skillset and knowledge base, and demonstrates a commitment to work at the top of their game – all while still maintaining a life outside of work and an easy-going demeanor.
If you have these qualities or are interested in developing them, we can teach you the rest! As a member of the CEBTOhio team, you will have personal consultation with our own leading experts in the field of DBT, Lucene Wisniewski, PhD, FAED; and Amy Kalasunas, LPCC-S, CCMHC; as well as access to internal training materials they have developed.
The Center for Evidence Based Treatment-Ohio is a virtual private practice committed to providing the highest quality care to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a range of psychological conditions.
